Live Virtual Training
Have your new agents attend a virtual classroom-style training with an instructor to learn the fundamentals needed for a successful career with AIL. Each live training session consists of eight 3-hour days with live training in the morning so agents can meet with their agency following the session to participate in field work.
Live training is highly interactive and led by a trainer that is currently and has be a producer for AIL for 6+ years. Automated Online Training
The AIL New Agent Online Training provides the fundamentals needed for a successful career with AIL. The course is not only customizable to your agency's branding and scripts, but it is user-friendly, interactive, and provides the feel of live instruction through the use of interactive video modules with a relatable AIL instructor.
All learning styles are catered to with animated videos, quizzes, a training workbook, access to the "file vault" containing your agency's specific documents, eApp practice examples, and much more! Your agents can train anytime and anywhere while managers are able to view their trainees' progress and receive daily updates.
